Apostle William Asare’s life and ministry are deeply woven with faith, dedication, and the unwavering belief that we must not only preach the Word of God but live it daily. Known for his no-nonsense approach, Apostle Asare is respected for his “Do as I do, not as I say” attitude, which has established him as a true leader and a role model for others in ministry.
From an early age, William understood that God's purpose for his life was divinely orchestrated. As the youngest of four siblings, he realized that the miracle he sought was in God's hands, but he needed to grow spiritually to receive it. As Isaiah 9:6 prophesied, “a child is born, but a Son is given to the world,” Apostle Asare’s journey of spiritual maturity began at the age of 15 when he accepted God’s gift of salvation after hearing the Gospel preached during an Apostolic Faith Mission International outdoor crusade in Accra, Ghana.
He joined the church’s prayer team, eventually becoming its leader, and received a prophecy calling him into ministry. Responding to the call, he attended Bible College and was soon ordained at Beautiful Way Chapel Ministries in Accra. His ministry flourished as he established a congregation, organized successful outdoor evangelistic crusades, and supported six Methodist branch churches.
As signs and wonders followed his ministry in Ghana, Apostle Asare felt called to expand his reach internationally. In 2009, he moved to the United States, where God gave him the vision to establish Hallelujah Grace International Ministry, beginning with just three members in a home-based ministry. Today, his ministry has spread across the UK, Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean.
In 2019, Apostle Asare’s remarkable journey was further recognized when he received an Honorary Doctorate in Divinity from Glad Tidings Ministry Institute. His ordination extends across the United States through the Mutual Baptist Missionary Association of Washington, D.C., and the International Fellowship of Ministers, allowing him to lead with the anointing of the Holy Ghost—counseling, healing the sick, delivering prophetic words, and winning souls for Christ.
Apostle Asare’s voice resonates globally, inspiring nations and spreading the message of God’s Kingdom. He has hosted numerous conferences, such as the “Power Encounter” Healing and Prophetic Conference and the “Break Every Chain for Greater Works” Conference, while also participating in high-profile events like the 2012 White House briefing for international relations under President Obama’s administration.
